Day 1: Delhi to Shimla | Overnight Himalayan Journey
Your unforgettable Spiti Valley expedition begins from Delhi as the group gathers at the designated pickup point in the evening. Meet your fellow travelers and trip leaders for a quick orientation session before boarding the overnight vehicle to Shimla.
Leave behind the city chaos and get ready to experience the raw beauty of the Himalayas on this adventure-filled road trip.

Day 2: Shimla to Chitkul – Gateway to the Last Indian Village
Arrive in Shimla by morning and continue your scenic drive through the legendary Kinnaur Valley. Witness dramatic mountain landscapes, deep valleys, and winding roads as you move closer to the Indo-Tibet border.
Cross the iconic Kinnaur Gate and soak in panoramic Himalayan views throughout the journey. By evening, arrive at Chitkul — famously known as the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border.
After hotel check-in, enjoy an interactive ice-breaking session with fellow travelers followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Chitkul to Kalpa – Into the Heart of Kinnaur
Wake up to crisp mountain air and enjoy breakfast before driving towards Kalpa, one of Himachal Pradesh’s most scenic villages.
En route, stop at Reckong Peo, a charming Himalayan town offering mesmerizing views of the sacred Kinner Kailash Range (weather permitting). Upon reaching Kalpa, explore the ancient Kalpa Monastery and visit the famous Suicide Point, known for its breathtaking cliffside views.
Spend the evening surrounded by snow-capped peaks before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Kalpa to Dhankar – Enter the Mystical Spiti Valley
After breakfast, continue your journey deeper into the cold desert landscapes of Spiti Valley. Stop at Khab Sangam, the dramatic confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti Rivers.
Drive through the picturesque village of Nako and explore the historic Tabo Monastery, often referred to as the “Ajanta of the Himalayas.”
By evening, arrive at Dhankar, the ancient capital of Spiti Valley. A local guide session will introduce you to the rich culture, history, and fascinating stories of this remote Himalayan settlement.

Day 5: Dhankar to Kaza – Monasteries, Moonland & Mountain Views
Begin the day with a visit to the spectacular Dhankar Monastery and Dhankar Fort, perched dramatically above the valley and offering stunning moon-like landscapes.
Later, drive towards Kaza, the vibrant heart of Spiti Valley. En route, visit the spiritually significant Kungri Monastery in the beautiful Pin Valley region.
Upon arrival in Kaza, check into your hotel and relax amidst the peaceful Himalayan surroundings.

Day 6: Spiti Valley Sightseeing – Key Monastery, Hikkim, Komic & Langza
Today is dedicated to exploring Spiti Valley’s most iconic attractions.
Start with a visit to the magnificent Key Monastery, the largest monastery in Spiti and home to hundreds of monks. Continue towards Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office, where you can send postcards from one of the highest inhabited places on Earth.
Drive further to Komic Village, among the highest motorable villages in the world. End the day at Langza Village, famous for ancient marine fossils and the giant Buddha statue overlooking the valley.
Return to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Kaza to Chandratal via Chicham Bridge
After breakfast, embark on one of the most scenic drives of the journey towards the magical Chandratal Lake.
Cross the spectacular Chicham Bridge, known as Asia’s highest suspension bridge, and continue through the iconic Kunzum Pass at an altitude of 15,050 ft.
Upon reaching Chandratal, spend peaceful moments beside the crystal-clear crescent-shaped lake surrounded by majestic mountains. Enjoy camping under a sky full of stars for an unforgettable Himalayan experience.

Day 8: Chandratal to Manali | Overnight Journey to Delhi
Wake up to mesmerizing views of the Himalayas and begin your return journey to Manali.
Drive through the engineering marvel of Atal Tunnel and make a stop at the famous Chacha-Chachi Ka Dhaba for refreshments and local flavors.
After reaching Manali, board the overnight bus back to Delhi with countless unforgettable memories from your Spiti Valley adventure.
