Day 1 – Delhi to Jibhi | Overnight Himalayan Escape Begins

Your much-awaited Spiti Valley adventure starts from Delhi as the group gathers at the designated pickup point in the evening. Meet your trip leaders, interact with fellow travelers, and attend a short briefing session before beginning the overnight drive towards the serene Himalayan village of Jibhi.

Leave behind the city chaos and get ready for an unforgettable journey through the mountains of Himachal Pradesh.

Note: Pickup point will be at Kashmere Gate (tentative).

Day 2 – Jibhi Arrival | Bike Introduction & Leisure Day

Wake up amidst the lush greenery of Himachal as you arrive in the peaceful village of Jibhi.

Travelers opting for the Tempo Traveller package will head directly to Jibhi via Aut Tunnel. Those choosing the biking expedition will proceed to Manali to collect their bikes, followed by a safety briefing and test ride before riding to Jibhi.

After reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and spend the rest of the day relaxing in nature. Explore charming wooden houses, riverside cafes, and pine-covered surroundings at your own pace.

Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Jibhi.

Day 3 – Jibhi to Chitkul | Ride to India’s Last Village (214 KM)

Start your morning with fresh mountain air and a hearty breakfast before heading towards the breathtaking village of Chitkul, famously known as the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border.

Drive through the scenic Jalori Pass and witness mesmerizing views of valleys, forests, snow-capped mountains, and green meadows. As you enter the stunning Kinnaur Valley, the landscapes begin transforming into dramatic Himalayan terrain.

Stop at the iconic Kinnaur Gate for photographs before continuing towards Chitkul, home to the famous “Hindustan Ka Aakhri Dhaba.”

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and unwind after a scenic road journey.

Day 4 – Chitkul to Kalpa | Mesmerizing Views of Kinner Kailash (60 KM)

After breakfast, continue your Spiti road trip towards the picturesque Himalayan village of Kalpa, renowned for its panoramic mountain views and traditional culture.

En route, stop at Reckong Peo, a charming hill town offering spectacular views of the sacred Kinner Kailash Peak, weather permitting.

Upon arrival in Kalpa, explore the ancient Kalpa Monastery and visit the famous Suicide Point, known for its dramatic cliffs and breathtaking views of the snow-covered Kailash ranges.

Later, check into your hotel, enjoy a warm dinner, and relax for the night.

Day 5 – Kalpa to Dhankar | Enter the Magical Spiti Valley (200 KM)

Begin your journey towards Dhankar, the ancient capital of Spiti Valley, after an early breakfast.

On the way, witness the stunning confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti Rivers at Khab Sangam. Continue through the remote Himalayan landscapes and visit the beautiful Nako Village, known for its peaceful surroundings and traditional Tibetan charm.

Further ahead, explore the legendary Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas and often referred to as the “Ajanta of the Himalayas.”

Reach Dhankar by evening and check into your stay. Later, enjoy an insightful cultural session by a local guide who will share stories about Dhankar’s rich history, Buddhist heritage, and unique lifestyle.

Day 6 – Dhankar to Kaza | Exploring Pin Valley (40 KM)

Wake up to stunning mountain views and begin your sightseeing tour of Dhankar Monastery and Dhankar Fort, both offering surreal moonland-like landscapes overlooking the Spiti Valley.

Later, continue your journey towards Kaza, the heart of Spiti. En route, visit the sacred Kungri Monastery in Pin Valley, a culturally significant monastery surrounded by dramatic Himalayan beauty.

After reaching Kaza, check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring the vibrant local market, mountain cafes, and traditional Tibetan eateries.

Day 7 – Spiti Sightseeing Tour | Key Monastery, Hikkim & Langza

Today is dedicated to exploring the iconic attractions of Spiti Valley.

Start your day with a visit to the famous Key Monastery (Key Gompa), the largest and most beautiful monastery in Spiti. Continue towards Chicham Bridge, recognized as Asia’s highest suspension bridge.

Next, visit Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office, where you can send postcards to your loved ones from the Himalayas.

Drive further to Komic Village, one of the world’s highest motorable villages, before ending your day at Langza, the fossil village famous for its gigantic Buddha statue overlooking the valley.

Return to Kaza by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8 – Kaza to Chandratal | Moon Lake Adventure (90 KM)

After breakfast, leave for the enchanting Chandratal Lake, popularly known as the Moon Lake due to its crescent shape.

Cross the iconic Kunzum Pass while soaking in spectacular Himalayan landscapes. Upon reaching the campsite, check in and later visit the pristine Chandratal Lake, surrounded by towering mountains and crystal-clear waters.

Spend peaceful moments beside the lake and witness one of the most magical sunsets in Spiti Valley.

Enjoy dinner under a sky full of stars and overnight camping near Chandratal.

Note: In case of road closure due to bad weather, alternate accommodation will be arranged in Batal, Manali, or Kaza.

Day 9 – Chandratal to Manali | Return Journey & Overnight Drive to Delhi (125 KM)

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive back towards Manali.

Drive through rugged mountain terrain and pass through the engineering marvel of the Atal Tunnel. En route, stop at the iconic Chacha-Chachi Ka Dhaba, a favorite among Himalayan road travelers.

Upon reaching Manali, freshen up (subject to time availability) before boarding your overnight bus back to Delhi.

Day 10 – Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends with Lifetime Memories

  • Any airfare/rail fare other than what is mentioned in inclusions, or any type of transportation from Manali or Srinagar.
  • Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Additional costs due to flight cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, and other natural calamities
  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- as per the deposit policy (refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts required. The refund would be credited within 7-10 working days, post filling up the security form).
