Day 01: Delhi to Haridwar – Divine Ganga Aarti Experience

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, begin your spiritual journey towards Haridwar, one of the holiest pilgrimage destinations in India. After reaching Haridwar, check in to your hotel and relax.

If time permits, visit renowned temples including Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, and Daksheswar Mahadev Temple.

In the evening, witness the world-famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. The spiritual chants, glowing diyas, and sacred atmosphere along the River Ganga create a mesmerizing experience.

Day 02: Haridwar – Mussoorie – Kempty Falls – Barkot

After breakfast, drive towards Barkot via the beautiful hill station of Mussoorie. En route, visit the scenic Kempty Falls, a popular waterfall surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views.

Enjoy lunch near Kempty Falls and continue your drive through picturesque Himalayan landscapes to Barkot. Surrounded by the majestic Bandarpoonch mountain range, Barkot serves as an important base for the Yamunotri pilgrimage.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure while enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Day 03: Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri Dham – Barkot

Early morning after breakfast, drive towards Janki Chatti via Phool Chatti and Hanuman Chatti. From Janki Chatti, begin the trek to the sacred Yamunotri Temple. Pilgrims can choose to walk or hire ponies/doli services at their own expense.

The trekking route passes through breathtaking valleys filled with pine forests, rhododendrons, waterfalls, and Himalayan vegetation, offering stunning natural beauty throughout the journey.

At Yamunotri, devotees traditionally cook rice in the hot water springs of Surya Kund and take it home as sacred prasad. Offer prayers at Divya Shila and take blessings of Goddess Yamuna after a holy dip in the warm waters of Jamunabai Kund.

Yamunotri Temple marks the origin of the holy River Yamuna, believed to be the daughter of the Sun God and sister of Yama, the God of Death.

After darshan and spiritual rituals, trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot.

Day 04: Barkot to Uttarkashi – Spiritual Town Exploration

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a sacred town situated on the banks of the River Bhagirathi and often referred to as the “Kashi of the North.”

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and later visit important temples and attractions including Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kuteti Devi Temple, and Ekadash Rudra Temple.

The town shares many similarities with Varanasi, including its ghats, spiritual heritage, and temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Nearby attractions also include Dodital Lake, Nachiketa Tal, and Dayara Bugyal.

Day 05: Uttarkashi – Gangotri Dham – Harsil Valley – Uttarkashi

After breakfast, proceed towards the sacred Gangotri Temple. En route, stop at Gangnani to take a holy dip in the natural hot water kund before continuing through the breathtaking Harsil Valley, famous for its apple orchards, pine forests, and Himalayan beauty.

On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred River Bhagirathi and seek blessings at the revered Gangotri Temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga.

You may also explore nearby attractions associated with spirituality and adventure such as Gomukh Glacier, Kedar Tal, Kedar Ganga Sangam, Submerged Shivling, Dharali Village, and Tapovan Trek.

After spending peaceful moments amidst the Himalayas, drive back to Uttarkashi.

Day 06: Uttarkashi to Rishikesh – Spiritual Sightseeing & Ganga Aarti

After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh, known worldwide as the Yoga Capital of India.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and later visit famous spiritual and cultural landmarks including Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, and Sivananda Ashram.

In the evening, attend the peaceful and spiritually uplifting Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan located on the banks of the holy River Ganga.

Dinner and overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 07: Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi Departure

After breakfast, drive towards Haridwar and transfer to the Railway Station or Dehradun Airport for your onward journey to Delhi.
