Overview

Day 01: Delhi to Haridwar – Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, begin your sacred Char Dham Yatra with a scenic drive to Haridwar, one of the holiest pilgrimage cities in India.

After hotel check-in and some relaxation, visit famous spiritual attractions such as Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, and Daksha Mahadev Temple.

In the evening, witness the world-famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. The rhythmic chants, glowing lamps, and divine atmosphere create a truly unforgettable spiritual experience.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Haridwar.

Day 02: Haridwar – Mussoorie – Barkot

After breakfast, drive towards Barkot via the picturesque hill station of Mussoorie.

En route, stop at the beautiful Kempty Falls and enjoy the refreshing natural surroundings. After lunch, continue your journey through winding Himalayan roads to Barkot.

Located near the majestic Bandarpunch Peak, Barkot serves as an important base for Yamunotri pilgrims and offers mesmerizing mountain views.

Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri Excursion – Barkot

After breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti via Phool Chatti and Hanuman Chatti. From Janki Chatti, begin the trek to the sacred Yamunotri Temple.

Pilgrims may choose to trek on foot or hire ponies and palanquins at their own cost. The scenic trail passes through lush forests, waterfalls, and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes.

At Yamunotri, devotees offer prayers at Divya Shila and take blessings of Goddess Yamuna after bathing in the warm waters of Jamunabai Kund. Pilgrims also prepare rice in Surya Kund as sacred prasad.

Yamunotri Temple marks the origin of the holy River Yamuna, revered as the daughter of the Sun God.

After darshan and spiritual rituals, return to Barkot.

Day 04: Barkot to Uttarkashi – Temple Tour

After breakfast, proceed towards Uttarkashi, a sacred Himalayan town situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River.

After hotel check-in, visit renowned spiritual sites including Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kuteti Devi Temple, and Ekadash Rudra Temple.

Known as the “Kashi of the North,” Uttarkashi is spiritually connected with Varanasi and is surrounded by natural beauty and pilgrimage sites such as Dodital Lake and Dayara Bugyal.

Day 05: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Harsil Valley – Uttarkashi

After breakfast, drive towards Gangotri Temple.

On the way, stop at Gangnani for a refreshing dip in the natural hot water springs. Continue through the scenic Harsil Valley, famous for apple orchards, pine forests, and snow-covered Himalayan peaks.

At Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred Bhagirathi River and seek blessings at the revered temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga.

You may also explore nearby attractions such as Gomukh Glacier, Kedar Tal, Nelong Valley, Dharali Village, Tapovan Trek, and the Submerged Shivling.

Return to Uttarkashi in the evening.

Day 06: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi – Mandakini Valley Journey

After breakfast, continue your Char Dham pilgrimage towards Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgaon.

Enjoy beautiful views of the sacred Mandakini River flowing alongside the mountain roads near Tilwara. Guptkashi is closely associated with Lord Shiva and is an important halt before Kedarnath.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and later visit the ancient Ardh Narishwar Temple.

Day 07: Guptkashi – Kedarnath Helicopter Tour – Guptkashi

After breakfast, drive to Phata Helipad for your helicopter ride to Kedarnath Temple.

Surrounded by snow-clad peaks, Kedarnath is one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and an important part of the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit.

After landing, visit the temple and participate in pooja, rituals, and darshan. Pilgrims may also explore nearby sacred places such as Bhairavnath Temple, Shankaracharya Samadhi, Chorabari Lake, Vasuki Tal, and Gaurikund.

After darshan, return by helicopter to Phata and drive back to Guptkashi.

Day 08: Guptkashi to Badrinath – Evening Temple Aarti

After breakfast, drive towards Badrinath via Joshimath.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and visit nearby attractions including Charan Paduka, Panch Shila, Panch Dhara, and Mata Murti Temple.

In the evening, attend the divine Aarti ceremony at Badrinath Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Dinner and overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 09: Badrinath – Mana Village – Rudraprayag/Kirtinagar

Early morning, take a holy dip in Tapt Kund and seek blessings at Badrinath Temple.

Later, visit Mana Village, famously known as the last Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border. Explore mythological attractions including Bhim Pul, Saraswati River, Vyas Gufa, Pandava Caves, and Vasudhara Falls.

After sightseeing, drive towards Rudraprayag or Kirtinagar for overnight stay.

Day 10: Rudraprayag/Kirtinagar – Rishikesh Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh, the yoga and spiritual capital of India.

After check-in, explore famous attractions including Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, and Sivananda Ashram.

In the evening, attend the peaceful Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan situated on the banks of the holy River Ganga.

Day 11: Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi Departure

After breakfast, drive back towards Delhi via Haridwar.
