Day 01: Arrival in Bodhgaya – Mahabodhi Temple & Bodhi Tree Darshan
Upon arrival at Bodhgaya Airport or Railway Station, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your hotel transfer. After check-in and some relaxation, begin your spiritual journey with a visit to the sacred Mahabodhi Temple, one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the world.
Explore the holy Bodhi Tree, the exact place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment through deep meditation. Spend peaceful moments in the spiritual atmosphere of Bodhgaya.

Day 02: Bodhgaya – Dungeshwari Caves & Sujata Village Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Gaya to explore the famous Dungeshwari Cave Temples, also known as the Mahakala Caves. These sacred caves are associated with Lord Buddha’s years of intense penance before attaining enlightenment.
Later, visit the revered Sujata Village Temple, where Sujata offered kheer (rice pudding) to Lord Buddha, marking an important turning point in his spiritual journey.
Return to Bodhgaya in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Bodhgaya – Rajgir – Nalanda – Patna
After breakfast, drive towards Rajgir, an ancient city deeply connected with Buddhism and the Magadha Empire. Visit important attractions including Griddhakuta (Vulture’s Peak), World Peace Pagoda (Vishwa Shanti Stupa), Venu Vana Monastery, and the historic Bimbisar Jail.
Continue your journey to Nalanda, home to the world-famous ancient Nalanda University, one of the oldest centers of Buddhist learning in the world. Explore the archaeological ruins and visit the Xuan Zang Memorial Hall dedicated to the renowned Chinese traveler and scholar.
Later, drive to Patna and check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Patna.
Day 04: Patna – Vaishali – Kesariya Stupa – Kushinagar
After breakfast, proceed to Vaishali, an important Buddhist pilgrimage destination where Lord Buddha delivered his final sermon. Visit the famous Ashokan Pillar at Kolhua and the sacred Abhishek Pushkaran (Coronation Tank).
Later, continue to Kesariya to explore the magnificent Kesariya Buddha Stupa, believed to be one of the tallest Buddhist stupas in the world.
After sightseeing, drive towards Kushinagar. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay in Kushinagar.
Day 05: Kushinagar Sightseeing – Drive to Shravasti
After breakfast, visit the sacred Buddhist sites of Kushinagar, the place where Lord Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana. Explore the Mahaparinirvana Temple, featuring the reclining Buddha statue, along with Rambhar Stupa (Mukutbandhan Chaitya), the cremation site of Lord Buddha. Also visit the beautiful Japanese Temple.
After lunch, drive to Shravasti, another important Buddhist pilgrimage destination associated with many teachings and miracles of Lord Buddha.
Dinner and overnight stay in Shravasti.
Day 06: Shravasti Sightseeing – Drive to Varanasi
After breakfast, explore the important Buddhist attractions of Shravasti including Saheth & Maheth, Jetavana Vihara, Anand Bodhi Tree, and Anathapindika Stupa.
Later in the afternoon, drive to the holy city of Varanasi. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.
Day 07: Varanasi Sunrise Boat Ride – Sarnath Excursion – Ganga Aarti
Early morning, enjoy the magical experience of “Subah-e-Banaras” with a sunrise boat ride on the sacred River Ganga. Witness the spiritual beauty of Varanasi Ghats as the city awakens with prayers and rituals.
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Sarnath, the sacred site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon at Deer Park (Rishipattana). Visit major attractions including Dhamekha Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihara, Buddhist Temples, and the Archaeological Museum.
In the evening, you may attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat and experience the spiritual charm of Varanasi.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08: Varanasi Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport or Varanasi Railway Station for your onward journey.
