Day 01 : Haridwar Arrival – Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri
On arrival in Haridwar, our representative will receive you at Haridwar Railway Station or the nearest airport and assist you with hotel check-in. After some relaxation, get ready to witness the divine atmosphere of the sacred city.
In the evening, attend the world-famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, one of the most spiritual experiences in Uttarakhand. The sight of thousands of lamps floating on the holy River Ganga along with devotional chants creates an unforgettable spiritual ambiance.
Ganga Aarti Timing at Har Ki Pauri:
- Summer Season: Around 6:30 PM
- Winter Season: Around 5:30 PM
After the aarti ceremony, return to the hotel for dinner and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 02 : Haridwar – Pind Daan & Shraddh Rituals – Rishikesh Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to perform sacred Pind Daan and Shraddh rituals on the banks of the holy River Ganga or at designated spiritual locations in Haridwar. All arrangements including experienced priests (Purohit) and required pooja materials will be organized for a smooth and peaceful ritual experience.
Haridwar is one of the holiest pilgrimage destinations in India and is considered highly auspicious for performing ancestral rituals. After completing the ceremonies, enjoy local sightseeing of Haridwar. Visit famous temples including Mansa Devi Temple and Chandi Devi Temple situated on hilltops. Also explore important ghats such as Vishnu Ghat and other sacred spots along the river.
Later, drive to Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, for local sightseeing. Visit renowned attractions including Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Geeta Bhavan, Swarg Ashram, Trayambakeshwar Temple (13 Storey Temple), and other spiritual landmarks of Rishikesh.
After completing the tour, transfer to Rishikesh/Haridwar Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey with peaceful memories and spiritual satisfaction after performing the sacred rituals for your loved ones.
