Day 01: Lucknow to Shravasti – Arrival & Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour
Upon arrival at Lucknow Airport or Railway Station, begin your spiritual Buddhist pilgrimage journey towards Shravasti. The town of Shravasti holds immense importance in Buddhism as Lord Buddha spent several monsoon seasons here and performed many miracles during his teachings.
On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax after the journey. Spend the evening amidst the peaceful surroundings of this sacred Buddhist destination.

Day 02: Shravasti Sightseeing – Lumbini Transfer
After breakfast, explore the major Buddhist attractions of Shravasti including Jetavana Monastery, Saheth & Maheth, Angulimala Caves, Ananda Bodhi Tree, Buddhist Monasteries, and Anathapindika Stupa.
Jetavana Monastery is one of the most important places associated with Lord Buddha where he delivered several sermons and spent many rainy seasons meditating.
Later, drive towards Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. After completing border formalities, arrive in Lumbini and check in to the hotel.

Day 03: Lumbini – Kapilvastu – Kushinagar
After breakfast, visit the sacred birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama at Maya Devi Temple along with the beautiful Lumbini Garden Complex and Eternal Flame.

Later, continue your journey to Kapilvastu, the childhood kingdom of Prince Siddhartha. Explore the archaeological remains and historical Buddhist sites connected to Buddha’s early life.
After sightseeing, drive to Kushinagar, the place where Lord Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana.

Day 04: Kushinagar – Vaishali – Patna
After breakfast, visit the important Buddhist pilgrimage places of Kushinagar including the sacred Mahaparinirvana Temple, Rambhar Stupa (Mukutbandhan Chaitya), and the Japanese Temple.
The Mahaparinirvana Temple houses the reclining statue of Lord Buddha symbolizing his final moments before attaining Nirvana.
Later, drive towards Vaishali, the place where Lord Buddha delivered his last sermon. En route, visit the magnificent Kesaria Stupa, one of the tallest and largest Buddhist stupas in the world.
Continue your journey to Patna. On arrival, check in to the hotel.

Day 05: Patna – Nalanda – Rajgir – Bodhgaya
After breakfast, proceed to Nalanda to explore the world-famous ruins of the ancient Nalanda University, once regarded as one of the greatest centers of Buddhist learning in the world.
Also visit the Xuan Zang Memorial Hall, dedicated to the famous Chinese traveler and Buddhist scholar Xuanzang.
Later, drive to Rajgir, the ancient capital of the Magadha Kingdom and an important Buddhist pilgrimage site. Visit the beautiful Vishwa Shanti Stupa situated atop Ratnagiri Hill.
You may also explore Griddhakuta (Vulture Peak), where Lord Buddha delivered many sermons, and the historic Bimbisar Jail.
After sightseeing, continue your drive to Bodh Gaya.
Check in to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Bodhgaya.
Day 06: Bodhgaya Local Sightseeing – Dungeshwari Caves
After breakfast, visit the sacred Mahabodhi Temple, the site where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree.
Explore the serene Buddhist monasteries, Niranjana River, Sujata Village, and the sacred Bodhi Tree which attracts pilgrims from across the world.

Day 07: Bodhgaya to Varanasi – Evening Ganga Aarti
